So Hot Out, Yet I See Snow?!?

As a Realtor I spend a good deal of time on a computer. I look for property on the MLS for my buyers, I read and write email, I fill out contracts, I read and write blogs, etc. etc. So I might have missed a snowstorm here in Madison.

Super Motivated Seller

This home has two for sale signs! The MLS shows that it is for sale by one of brokers that has a sign in the yard. Not sure why the other for sale yard sign is there. If I’m a buyer I would be really confused about what phone number to call.

The average sales price in May of ‘07 was $242,675. In May of ‘06 it was $236,564. Does that mean home prices are still going up?
