Emily Cardarella is the Co-Founder and CEO (Client Enhancement Officer) of Edyn Real Estate. Emily graduated from UW-Madison with degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice, with an emphasis in Legal Studies. She started her career in real estate as an executive assistant for a large Madison real estate team, before progressing to become a buyer’s agent helping people achieve the American Dream of home ownership. Emily went on to co-create her own team in the Keller Williams Madison East office, leading the company in production. She has also served as a certified agent trainer and in a leadership role on the Agent Leadership Council. She then decided to merge her business with Darin Persinger, becoming the C0-Founder and CEO of Edyn Real Estate.
The Gardyn’s primary author is Darin Persinger. Darin Persinger is the Co-Founder and CGO (Chief Growth Officer) of Edyn Real Estate. Darin is a 10 year veteran in the Real Estate industry with sales, management, leadership and training experience. He is a certified trainer for Keller Williams and successfully coaches agents one on one. He provides agents with the vital learning tools to be successful in the Real Estate industry both through his writing and in group training classes. Earlier, he was the CEO/Team Leader/Business coach for Keller Williams Madison East. Before that, he was a Regional Manager for Century 21 Affiliated. He has recruited new and experienced agents, trained and coached agents to great levels of success. Before any of that, he tried to make a living as a sponsored wakeboarder.
