These are excellent questions that many sellers should consider answering for themselves. I really like #10… it’s amazing how many times sellers get pie-eyed when an agent promises them the moon to get the listing agreement and then can’t sell the home. Great post!

Great questions! These should really make people think.
I think three things can keep a home from selling:
1. Location.
2. Condition.
3. Price.
If you’ve answered yes to a few of these questions, you need to ask yourself which of these three things are an issue for your home and adjust accordingly.
