Feedback From Buyers On Home Showing

On More Listings | More Sales I have written about Feedback for real estate agents,

Your business could be giving you feedback but you may not know what it is or how to interpret it. This feedback could come from such  forms as; no closings for a month, two months, or three months. Not having any current listings. Going on a listing appointment but not getting the listing. Not getting a referral from past clients or sphere of influence.

For a Home Seller and a Listing Agent, feedback is important too. Showing Feedback after a property tour. Showing Feedback about pro’s and con’s from buyer and the buyers agent can help the Home Seller and the Listing Agent better determine what to do to market the home. We use all our feedback reports during our 10/20 process.

However, the feedback that you are not getting as a Home Seller could be just as valuable as the feedback you are getting.

  • If you are not getting showings

That is feedback

  • Showings but no offers

That is feedback

  • Are people looking at your property online but not coming to take a look?

That is feedback

  • A low ball offer to purchase

That is feedback

Keep in mind that as a Home Seller you should never be mad at a person that low balled you on an offer. At least they made an offer. Be mad at the people who came through your house and offered nothing.
