You’ve read the real estate ad.
“This home is priced to sell!”
What else on Earth would it be priced to do?
I’m sure I’ve used this Realtor cliche at some point and time. I vow not to do it again though. It’s stupid.
Priced to sell!!! Is this is the most creative, best marketing line we can come up with as Realtor’s?
What are some other Realtor cliche’s that need to be retired?

Don’t miss this one!
Exceptional Value…when it appears to be overpriced.
I love this one “priced to sell/needs a little work”
Excellant location!
and….
You won’t believe this one! (what won’t I believe? the price, the condition or the location?)
Great post.

The norm for ‘For Sale’ signs in Thailand is “Urgent Sale” – which is rubbish as the property is nearly always at full market rate (i.e. “Priced not to sell”)

I have experienced on a few occasions sellers offering a low price, and when they get a serious offer they up to price!! This I find very dishonest as the property is “Priced to Cheat” !!

Some sellers will purposefully exclude certain things in their asking price to make the asking price sound really good, like “Priced to Sell …. PS: price doesn’t include fitted kitchen and toilets, water heater and other built-in furniture which adds 30% to the asking price”"

There are other things that sellers fail to mention in their sales price, such as ‘price exclused agent commission or transfer tax which must be paid by the buyer’
