Real Estate has an easy barrier to entry, but fairly hard to succeed at and make a living. No one tells you that. [...]

Retiring Cliches
A little while back I wrote about retiring the marketing line Priced To Sell.
Seth Godin, master marketer, author and blogger put up on his Squidoo site a list of overused business cliches.
On the other hand, the vast majority of buzzwords exist for one reason: to hide. By obfuscating, lying, confusing or just plain avoiding the issue, [...]

PRICED TO SELL!!!
You’ve read the real estate ad.
“This home is priced to sell!”
What else on Earth would it be priced to do?
I’m sure I’ve used this Realtor cliche at some point and time. I vow not to do it again though. It’s stupid.

Is Now A Good Time To Buy Real Estate?
We get email at The Gardyn. We get questions from buyers. Questions from sellers. Questions that buyers and sellers should be asking the Realtor they are working with but don’t for what ever reason. Maybe the buyer or seller is scared to ask, maybe their Realtor won’t return their phone call or email.
