When we looked at the Madison Real Estate Market for June we were surprised to see Days On Market had dropped to 62 for single family homes. It had been awhile since I had seen the number that low. That caused me to do some research and go back a full year and to look at trending for days on market from June 2006-June 2007 for single family homes and condos in Dane County.
